First run
Sideprobe walks you through setup once. It installs the speech recogniser, Ollama as the local model runtime, and the model that writes your briefings and summaries — about 2 GB, downloaded once. Then macOS asks for Screen Recording, so Sideprobe can hear the other side of an online call, and for the microphone. After that everything runs on your Mac.
Activating Sideprobe
Open Sideprobe on your Mac, choose I have a license key, and paste the key from your receipt email. You only need to do this once — the app signs a receipt locally that works offline forever.
